I hate that we have to even make a site for this purpose, but after doing some research I see that this is necessary.  I first think out of fairness I need to tell you something about me and why I am here.

My name is Tina and I am from Southern Indiana.  I use to run 3 daycares and I was a stickler on bruises.  If they weren’t the normal I fell down type of bruises I would call welfare and I can tell you that I only had one case that they did anything about.  BUT, it took us telling them we would kidnap these children to get them help if that is what they lead us to do.  (I am making a site for this story as well as others that I have reported to welfare and nothing was done)

I have been falsely substantiated in the welfare’s eyes that I abused a child.  I NEVER DONE THIS.  They had no proof on me and the prosecutor wouldn’t even take the case but substantiating me got me off their backs because then I wouldn’t have any reason to call them.  At one point I had the caseworkers that placed the children tell foster parents to bring their kids to me because I wouldn’t take any shit off anyone and I would protect the kids.  We had authorities in this daycare picking up these kids and they didn’t have a problem except one that came to pick up a 6 month old that was teething and we couldn’t give him teething gel, Tylenol, or anything for it by rules of the foster parent.  The caseworker thought we were ignoring him because we were only 2 people with 12 kids and couldn’t hold him anymore there were lunches to be made, school kids to get ready and so forth.

I would like to see a law that would protect the innocent either adults that have been falsely accused or children that are being ignored.
